I also have 82mm pulley only difference is he has carbon jlt and I have regular

How/why is the tvs soo loud mine does not whine at all in neutral like that :??:

Ported. If I knew in advance that the tvs can be ported and made a snake bite by steg. I would of done mine prior to install
