Why can i not get the notifications to work??

I am a member on SEVERAL different boards throughout the interweb, all of which i never have this problem.

For some reason though, i NEVER receive notifications that my threads have been posted on. Is this something that the moderators have control over here?

Any help would be appreciated!!

FYI: YES i do have them turned on!!
