^^ Thats what I was thinking. When the rest of us were WAITING for ours to be delivered.
Someone had to get lucky. Why not me I always figure.
Your question basically is about the durability of the plasma liner and in that respect, no worries just keep up on oil changes, consider a passenger oil separator and enjoy.
As far as DD goes, I used to use mine for sunny days DD and it was great. As a true DD I’d rather have something less worrisome and it actually makes the Shelby that much more special and a treat to drive when life allows.

Daily drove mine when It wasn't raining. Drove it from NC to Indiana and back for a half mile event. had about 40k miles on it and No issues despite the previous owner beating it with a whipple without my knowledge 
I bought my 13 at around 6,000 miles and am at around 10,800 now. Drive it every day. Love it too much to not. But Ive never had a garage queen. I drive the wheels off of all of the toys Ive had!
