USMC 93-03. I was in the Infantry, then went on Embassy Duty(MSG) and guarded a few dignitaries, POTUS, SOS and then had to lat move to the 5831/32 field. I got out as a SSgt and could have been a Gunny in another year.

10yrs as an enlisted Navy Intelligence Specialist (IS), 3910 and 3905 NEC doing imagery analysis and HUMINT collection.

Tours: Hawaii, Philippines, Hawaii

Currently working for Boeing under contract to the Government.

The academy isn't the only way to become a Navy pilot. I went the NROTC route. There is also OCS. Those are the three basic entrance points for Naval Aviation.

2 yrs 2nd armored cav Bamberg.
2 yrs 1/77 armored fort Carson.

4 years on a 5 year contract. Decom'd the squadron and gave me an option to leave early if I wanted........ :burnout:
