Actually it is a '99. It says so on the link below it. But sorry I dont know whos it is. You can also tell by the spoiler, the rear bumper, the SVT sign on the trunk lid. Just FYI. Sorry I dont know whose it is.

A little while back, a guy posted pics of that car on here saying he just got it. He showed that he put saleen wheels on it also. I remember that pic and several others. Can't remember the guys screen name though.
