Any one way ticket at this point is a ticket to the last few months of your life. There is no resupply. You have to hope you can manage to become self sufficient as soon as you hit ground, which is completely unrealistic. They need to send a lot of drones and robots there first to build it up enough to eventually send a small team. The first humans on mars is still 100 years away IMO.
