You can't find them anymore, the person who created the kit went out of business or moved shop somewhere else in the world.
Luckily though you can find this person online selling them on Ebay:

I bought one last week! The front grille is really good quality, the holding clips not so much.

If you don't feel like purchasing the kit, I can actually point you in the right direction towards a person at Dallas Fort Worth 5.0 forums (DFW50) who actually went to Home Depot and created his own hidden fog light brackets just to use a Saleen front grille.
Needless to say IT LOOKED DAMN AWESOME.
