I'm going to be getting my car tuned for e85 soon and was wondering how the 105's were for tuning. Who is running them? I'm leaning towards them since they are cheaper than ID 1000's and just a hair larger.

What are you running them on and what our your power goals. The may work but may not be your best option.

I'm running them and my tuner got them working great. It took 2 dyno pulls after the 93 pump tune was dialed in and the E85 tune was set.

Running them on the twin turbo cobra in my sig. I'm hoping for 900 to 1000 rwhp. Of course more would be nice. I've looked at ID's but the 2000's are too much injector. It's either the 1000's or the Bosch 105's. I haven't seen much on the 105's but that is what I was leaning toward for the price.

Some additional info that might be helpful in your decision. The 105's are a genuine Bosch injector which have never been modified. They are 20% larger than the ID1000's. The ID1000's are actually a 925cc injector where the 105's we sell are a 1100cc injector.

Our 105's are used in both the automotive and marine aftermarket and work great.

We've also got a BIG automobile maker using them in one of their performance vehicles that's slated to compete with the CJ.. That's all I'm gonna say about that for now but I'm sure you get the picture.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Jared

Hope that helps.

Being that they are high impedance, can the 105's be used/controled by the factory cobra ecu?

Not sure what the difference is but I am running the ID2000s. I do not think I could have gotten to 1000 rwhp without them. They were fantastic to tune and I certainly think they were worth it to me. Problem is we are running against the ceiling on the Aeromotive A1000. There is a guy on LS1GTO running FIC2000s which are significantly less than the ID2000s.
