I might sound biased, but I think it's one of the worst designs out there. In order to adjust the pinion angle, you have to rotate the UCA to mount bolt until your pinion angle is good. It works like a camber bolt and makes adjustment difficult. Not only is it hard to work in that space, but damn near impossible to get a torque wrench in there to tighten everything up. You're much better off with a threaded adjuster. Threaded adjusters are way easier to use, you have a wider range of adjustment, and you don't have to worry about an eccentric bolt slipping.

A few more questions, if you will.

I have your lower control arms, *panhard bar, and lower control arm relocation brackets.

I also have the ford racing boss 302 springs that lower the rear about 1.5" and the front 0.5"

I know there is only 0.5" of adjustment available on the whiteline piece.

Is this enough for a 1.5" drop?

Also, where should i have my rear lower arms located in the relocation brackets?

I would put the LCAs in the middle hole.

You would have to contact Whiteline to see if their UCA is compatible with a 1.5" drop.
