Hey guys,

I have a 3 month old white vinyl top on my car and need some advice on cleaning.

The top is easy pretty easy to clean and it stays looking great with regular washings. The issue is when it folds down it gets what I would call "dirt lines" where it folds.

What should I use to get rid of these. Looked over the net and some of the products recommended i can't find in Canada.

What are some of you using on your white tops to get rid of the "dirt lines" from folding as faint as they might be.

I've always used soft scrub, and a brush to wash my convertible roofs, never had a problem, and they come out sparkling clean.

make sure it's clean when you put it down...for years I used Simple Green, if that didn't get it clean I moved on to comet cleanser, and when all else failed clorox...there is a new Turtle Wax product called "Ice" for interior protection that I have been using recently, but the make sure the top is clean when you retract it, that's where most of your problems are coming from
