Does anyone know how to safely remove the sprayed on white lettering that comes on the sidewall of some slicks without damaging the tire? Just wondering what successes people have had doing it.
quick rub with acetone (finger nail polish remover has acetone) or harsher lacquer thinner, will do it. anyone says it will ruin your side walls tell them to suck it,lol as you will wear them out before this hurts them.
