Whistling noise after installing CJ Intake, SCJ Monoblade, and JLT intake.

My buddy just installed the Cobra Jet Intake, a Super Cobra Jet monoblade TB and the JLT CAI. Under 1/2 or 3/4 throttle there is a very high pitched whistling sound, is this normal?

Mod list.

JLT CJ CAI, FRPP SCJ Mono TB, CJ, Lethal X, Axle backs

Must be a JLT thing. I have the FRPP CAI and NO whistle at all....

Mine did it too with throttle tip in, same setup just a rev auto 5" intake. It's the manifold.

This is my car. I mean, I isn't something that I can't stand. I just wanted to make sure it is normal . I got in the engine bay and listened as it revved, had my tuner listen to it, comes straight from the JLT CAI.
