Whipple supercharger On a 99 Cobra?

Okay just recently bought a 99 SVT Cobra trying to make it go faster. Question is can I install a whipple supercharger crusher kit to the motor? If yes what would I need to do?

Yes it can be done but the upgrades you'll need is extensive. The stock motor will not handle the power from that blower. Even a stock 03 cobra motor is on borrowed time with that blower. You will need a low compression built 4v motor with fuel mods , eaton swap parts and not to mention a transmission , halfshaft, IRS upgrades. If you have the coin to do that ..... prob much easier to do a turbo build. Much more sensible to go with a centrifugal SC with your motor.
