Whipple 3.4 Boost? Pulley Combo

So I have a Whipple 3.4 crusher. I have longtubes and JDM cams. I want to stay at 21-22 psi max. I have a IW10% lower.

What size upper whipple pulley should I need?

I'm just guessing but would expect the lower and the mods to cancel each other out leaving you needing about a 3.125 pulley according to the chart evoperformance has
