Okay installed whipple 2.3 and the car is only making 10psi of boost with the 3.5 upper and 4lb lower, it should be making 17psi. What could be the problem? The eaton made 15psi on the same lower and 2.93 upper.

Is the whipple new? Maybe the blower is bad.

Check the bypass valve. Sounds like it is sticking open a little.
Did your tuner have any idea?
Problem fixed, it had a vaccum leak.

he bought the blower from me, and NO it isnt bad!! i think he figured it out.. pretty sure he had the bypass hooked up wrong.. GL, and i hope you enjoy the whipple as much as i did..
your going to have a lot of fun on 17 #s before i sold my car it made 552 rwhp and 541 rwtq through a stock throttle body.
my car made 18# w/ that pulley combo.. great set-up
I'll post up final numbers soon. Right now it is making 575hp with some room in the tune. This is a loaded dyno too. This is one of those motors that was built on a wednesday.

Switch to a 3.25 upper before the retune. I'm running a 3.25 with 4lb lower also.
what psi are you at and do you have longtubes?
Stock manifolds and stock throttle body. With bassani midpipe hi flow cats and Borla stingers
Don't have a 3.25 pulley and tune is in progress.
