I am looking at buying a set of 18x9's and was wondering what size tire should i run on the front and rear of them. I am looking at the Nitto NT's (NON DRAG RADIAL) in a 295/45 in the rear and not sure up front. I know some of you are going to read the title and say, "search it!" However, i have and i haven't found what i am looking for. This is because alot of ppl are running 315's on 17's and 305's on 18's DR's which hook and look good:however, i have a set of 315's on 17x10.5's that i want for eventually get slicks for. Basically i need a good street tire that will look decent and handle ok (remember-- i'll have the slicks for the track) that i can drive daily. If any one can shed some light on this and possibly post up some pics of their set ups, i would appreciate it. Thanks

You won't want a 45 series tire on the rear. It'll be too tall. You'd be better off with a 35 series tire instead.

I've got 275/35/18 and 295/35/18 Kumho Ecsta MX's on my 18x9 18x10 Saleens. I like them...

Yup I have 295/35s out back and 275/35s up front with my 18x9s.
You don't wan't anything taller than a 35 out back, or it'll look like a truck tire.

i have 295/35 BFG drags on my 18x10's and they look perfect. If it were me I would do a 285/35 rear and either a 255/40 or 265/35 upfront. Theirs just way too much bulge for my taste when you put a 295/35 on and 18x9 wheel.

brand of tires... Id go with some BFG kdw2's. I have those in a 255/40 on the front and love them. I had some 275/35's out front (same style as tabres) and the car would really follow all the crevaces in the road. Its much less noticeable with the 255/40's.....
