which springs

what springs can i get that would give me a nice drop but improve performance? and will i need aftermarket shocks? or anything els i was thinking about ford racing k springs h&r

i have the steeda sports with tokico D spec shocks/struts. You can use the stock struts/shocks but it wont perform as good. Koni makes a nice set of shocks/struts too, which is the brand i will be switching too after my tokico's go bad. The steeda sports gave me a nice drop and handle nicely.
