Which OBD-II / Quick Emissions Check Scanner do you Recommend?

My 2009 Shelby GT500 Just failed the OBD Monitor Not Ready (02S, HTR, EGR).

I like to try a couple of stuff found on the web to solve those issues and like to test at home before taking to SMOG place..


So What Scanner do you use or Recommend?


Also, What is the JON LUND EMISSION TUNE?
