Just what the question says not including the classic mustangs. I'm talking about fox on up. I thought it was the fox but I read that fox to 04 are all the same size. I know big blocks fit into fox's but I've only seen a hand full of 94 04 mustangs with big blocks.

I think its the S197 have the biggest engine compartment. Main reason you do not see big blocks in the SN95s is because going from Modular to Pushrod is a whole lot bigger swap than going from 302 to big block. Also a lot of states if you have a 2001 Mustang than you need to pass 2001 emissions which is hard for a big block were 80s and 90s is not that bad.

I would think it is the Fox body mustangs. They are massive! I know they are different then the sn85 cars, because if supercharge the 5.0 you have to have a special air intake for the sn95s.
