which lowering springs with LT headers

Hey guys been doing some searching but couldnt find what I was looking for. Trying to find springs that will work with mac LT's and not scrape on every speed bump!!

I have H&R race springs, mm caster camber plates, and mm sub frame connectors with Kooks Long tubes. No issues here with scraping.
