I want to get Bilsteins for my "01 Cobra but not sure which ones to buy. The car has Eibach kit # 456-571 for the springs. Bilstein lists sport and Heavy Duty, which will work better. Trying to get rid of the wheel hop and heard they help. The car already has '03 half shafts, front support brace, frame tied, Max Motorsports bushings and a LPS rear cover.
The wheel hop is so bad I blew the rear cover apart and ripped the driveshaft this fall.

On my 2001 cobra with Eibach Sportline springs, I ran the following Bilsteins before switching over to MM coil overs.

Front: Sport# VE3-4593

Rear: Sport# BE5-2959-WO

This Strut/Spring combo worked very well on the street and road course events.

p.s. to eliminate wheel hop, use Bruce's parts (a.k.a. ac427cobra). http://fulltiltboogieracing.com/

I picked up a 15,000 mile set of bilstein shocks out of an 04 Cobra for $50.
