Whereabouts of Snake Bite 2 Cobra?

I'm sure many of you have seen have the video listed below. I'm just wondering if anyone has any information on the car today. Same setup? Owner? Or previous owners? There was a video listed from September of 2016 with a black cobra on PA plates that claimed to be the same car but it was a Whipple setup when I went to the owners Instagram and it mentioned nothing of the car being the Snake Bite cobra.
