Does anybody know where to get the blue plastic fuel tank vent on the top of the tank? The one with 2 ports? Ford doesn't carry them anymore, nobody seems to make them, nobody is selling them used that I can find and mine is toast.

Probably a salvage yard. Had the same problem finding one when I replaced the tank in my '97 Cobra with an '03 tank. If my memory serves me correctly I think all the tanks had the same vent but I could be wrong.
if you cant find one summit makes one with a hose barb if your retaining all your emissions for the fuel system
