Where to find lower shock sleeve

Just received some used 03.04 Bilstein shocks and they don't have the metal sleeves inside the lower bushings. I know MM has the lower eye bushings but I can't find the metal sleeves anywhere.

frustrating search..not sure if it helps...first part claims to have a sleeve and be "universal" fit.

bilstein or summit should be able to confirm..

I also saved this for myself because they looked like something I could use when I put together my own IRS bumpsteer/tierod set someday.

I hope it doesn't confuse the issue for you..but here it is.

I have a feeling that the MM ones you have are these without the metal sleeves, as MM uses prothane.

Please keep me posted..as I've seen this problem in a forum before..but don't recall a solution..or at least the OP reporting back with a solution..

I'm thinking that these would work (note how they say 1/2" internal diameter sleeve for Koni) The part number is the same 19-919 except it specifies 1/2" internal diameter sleeves.

The OEM Ford washer is 1/2" internal diameter as well and when you go to coilovers MM specifies to use 1/2 thrust washers.

The OEM bolt is 14mm which is basically ~ 1/2"

The regular 19-919 bushings specifies 12mm internal diameter sleeve which won't work because the bolt itself is 14mm..

Who would have though this would be so difficult . I will order the ones linked up to and report back.
