The only place I shop for tires anymore are online. Performance tires at the local stores are ridiculously expensive.

Discount Tire Direct is a vendor on here, and has free shipping. Great service.

Tire Rack is good, too but a little pricier.

Dan, I had the same but on the front run the 255/40 instead of the 45

It looks killer.

I feel that 275s up front are excessive. Just wasting money and slowing you down and hurting gas mileage etc... 255 is the way to go. And yea stick w/ DTD or tirerack.

I put 275's all the way around and it felt faster for some reason. And MPG, you honestly think you are going to notice. You will not drive the same on everytank, so it's impossible to tell.

Yeah dude, 275 is too much for the front.
Right now I have 255/45/17 and 275/40/17 and I'm about to get a new pair of 255/40/17's for the front so I can have even sidewall heights. I was thinking of going 245/40/17 in the front this time, not sure though.

I like to print out the Tire Rack price on Yoko AVS ES100's and bring it into NTB so that they'll price match and wack $30 off each tire :)

275's all around is the sickest look and sweetest handling combo in the UNIVERSE! I wouldn't give it up for anything! Not to mention I hate the way 255's look on 9" wide rims, the tire looks anemic and like it'll break the dam bead and rip the tire off the rim on the first hard corner.
