APC makes decent bulbs. I know I know they are a ricer company but I had them for bulbs before my accident and I loved them. Very white and a vastly improved output of light. I had the Sylvania's and I took them back after 2 nights.

The APC's were 14.99 for the pair from JCWhitney.

Sylvania Silverstars are $20 per bulb and they are a million times better than stock. They are absolutely worth the price IMHO.
