Where to buy Baer brakes?

I'm looking to buy the Baer Track kit (13" rotors) for the front and either the Track kit or Sport kit (12" rotors) for the rear of my 1989 LX with a 5 lug conversion. The cheapest I found was at streetortrack.com but I've never dealt with them before. Has anyone had any problems with them? I've also looked at buybrakes.com and Classic Tube, as well as buying directly from Baer. I'm willing to pay a bit more to get exactly what I ordered but there is a difference of almost $400. Any ideas or recommendations?

Also, I have 17x9 Bullitt replica wheels with a 45mm offset. Will these clear the 13" rotors and calipers in the Track kit? Thanks
