Where is this O2 sensor?

Alright I have two codes one is P1151 lack of upstream o2 sensor switch lean bank 2.Im guessing this means the sensor is going out.Where is this sensor.The second is DPFE upstream hose off or clogged #P1405.The hose is there and not clogged so Im guessing the DPFE is bad.Am I on the right track,any help is appreciated.

P1151 is for Bank 2, sensor 1. It's located on the front manifold before the pre-cat, right above the oil filter.
