Where Do I Get HID Head/Fog lights?

I want some HID head/fog lights and I am having trouble determining which kits are good and which to stay away from. I would like to purchase something cheap and good (if thats possible these days). I seen some kits that were like $300 and some that were $15 dollars. I want something that wont burn my car down in an electical fire. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I just purchased some myself for my '03 about a week ago from DDMtuning.com

2 Raptor kits 55w
-9007 Hi/low kit 5K
-H10 kit 5K
2 dual in/dual out harnesses

total +shipped = 141.80

No, they either don't sell that kit (in that link) anymore or they just renamed it. My ballasts don't look like that. I stated above what I went with. I went with the 55w kits, so I bought the dual in/dual out harness for each kit as well. As far as I'm aware you don't need those harnesses if you were to go with a 35w kit.

Quick Question, Does the Blue adapter come with the DDM 35w slim line ballast kit? When they show the picture they don't show the same kit you have. They only show this: Full HID Kit Includes 2 DDM Digital Slim ballasts, 2 HID Bulbs, and Life-Time Warranty. Is this what you ordered?
