My car (2010 Roush 'Hammer' 540RH) uses the Ford 03-04 Cobra 4.6L DOHC Crankshaft Pulley Extension: 2R3V-6C254. It is shown circled in Pic #1. (pic rotations messed up, apologies, I can't seem to fix them here)

I am doing timing chains and guides on this engine, and while I'm at it, I want to replace the bearing (it's looking kind of rusty and ready to pop) in the crankshaft pulley, as shown in Pics 2, 3 & 4.

There must be a machine shop somewhere that can do this job? Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Many thanks for any guidance to a shop.................

I already have a Metco pulley-swap kit installed, but mine is on the snout of the 2.3L S/C. I'm making 23 lbs of boost, so I don't need any more, haha.

I just want a new bearing on that main drive pulley. But I got a lead from the first post there - Big Dog Motorcycles. Plus, good info at Post #159, thanks for that lead. Much appreciated......(y)
