What is a good boost # to move to two ranges colder than stock on plugs?

Brands and part numbers too if you have them

Assuming your stock plugs are Motorcraft AGSF22FM1.

Stock boost up to 12lbs, run 1 heat range colder than stock. Denso IT20 or NGK TR6. Greater than 12lbs, run 2 heat ranges colder than stock. Denso IT22 or NGK BPR7EFS.
