When it comes to cleaning your IC...

SOak it in super clean degreaser! I had read a couple threads on this topic and had heard super clean recommended. Well, I had already "cleaned" my IC... Sprayed it with an entire can of brake cleaner, rinsed throughly with the hose and even used some caustic concrete cleaner and rerinsed. Well, I decided while it was out I might as well try this stuff. Got a gallon jug at napa for 11 bucks, came home and soaked the entire IC in superclean and water for about 15mins. Went to pour it out and the water was BLACK. Then rinsed it with hot water...

SO.... just a reminder to those out there who want to know the BEST cleaning method to clean your 03-04 IC... this is the real deal

Good tip....I was one of those old brake cleaner guys. Going to give this one a try next time.

And with the oil seperator in place now, hopefully it won't be getting near as dirty.
