I think that is heaven, but damn does it take a lot of money to get in.

Home Owners Association fees are approximately $2,590 per MONTH, but include access to the track, golf course, and all other amenities.

For that price, I'd be on the track every single day and on the golf course whenever the track was closed.

Amen brotha, that's what I was thinking too. Also, some of the housing designs just didn't appeal to me. And with those high prices, wonder what kind of snobs are going to live there. Another thing, eventually, that area will be populated with other neighborhoods, and eventually you are going to have neighbors complaining to the local government about all the inconveniences (ie: Loud car noises)Just like airports that have been around for 20 years with no one around, all of a sudden neighborhoods pop up and you have problems.

I think there are enough well heeled people that will make this a success but the Home Owners Association meeting are bound to be really interesting.
