Could be some type of security camera. Ever see the video if the woman washing her kid with one? Even IF they filmed it themselves, the video isn't FAKE.

Yeah and the video was looking down from the ceiling and not infront of the car out in the open. I dont think somewhere were the camera could be crushed by cars is a feasible place for a camera.
Also notice how in the very beginning it looks like the guy in the blue jeans is walking away from pressing the record button but just deleted a second so hes not right there, but its close enough to tell.
At around the 25 second mark the guy in white looks the cameras way off to the side and you can see a large grin on his face.
