Whether or Not You Support The Current War, You Have To Give Thanks To All The Troops....Past And Present. On This Up Coming Memorial Day, Say Thanks To Your Troops That Fight For Your Freedom.

THANKS!!!!!

WHEN A SOLDIER COMES HOME .....

When a soldier comes home, he finds it hard....

...to listen to his son whine about being bored.

002tg8.jpg

....to keep a straight face when people complain about potholes.

...to be tolerant of people who complain about the hassle of getting ready for work.

004iz8.jpg

...to be understanding when a co-worker complains about a bad night's sleep

005uk5.jpg

..to be silent when people pray to God for a new car.

006wq9.jpg

...to control his panic when his wife tells him he needs to drive slower.

007rr4.jpg

..to be compassionate when a businessman expresses a fear of flying.

008ck9.jpg

...to keep from laughing when anxious parents say they're afraid to send their kids off to summer camp.

009jl2.jpg

...to keep from ridiculing someone who complains about hot weather.

010xu9.jpg

...to control his frustration when a colleague gripes about his coffee being cold.

011gk7.jpg

... to remain calm when his daughter complains about having to walk the dog.

012cr8.jpg

...to be civil to people who complain about their jobs.

013cl9.jpg

...to just walk away when someone says they only get two weeks of vacation a year.

...to be forgiving when someone says how hard it is to have a new baby in the house.

The only thing harder than being a Soldier..

Is loving one.

and that doesn't just go for the Soldiers. This also goes for all those Sailors, Airmen, and Marines out there doing what others won't.

Much appreciation.

Im not a father nor husband but i do have a family and everyone complains.

No matter who we are or where we are, we should all be thank-full for every day we have, for we are not promised our next breath even.

FREEDOM is not FREE.

Memorial Day Weekend is for Thank You so while we're watching Nascar and/or Indy your protecting us and our families.

As I do every Mermorial Day Weekend, I went to my dad's gravesite and noticed how the local VFW had placed AMERICAN flags throughout the cemetery. What a humble site it makes you feel.

My wife and I both thank the OP for posting this up, and all of those who posted on this thread.
