I was thinking that the addition of wheel spacers, especially those more than 1/2" or more, could casue additional stress on the halfshafts for our cars.

I may be wrong but by adding more distance between the connection of the rear end to the weight held onto the outboard end of the half shaft would cause additional stress on the halfshaft itself.

And with the halfshafts already being known as "weak" in thier stock form I wasnt sure if adding more distance in the form of wheel spacers could make that problem worse or make the halfshafts more succeptable to breakage. Any thoughts?
