Is the sound coming from the rear? If its coming from the rear, its probably your halfshafts. You can test them by pulling the Ebrake up and then try to slowly take off in 1st gear. If you hear the click, its your shafts

Does it only happen when you're first pulling out of the driveway? Especially first time of the day when the car hasn't been driven for several hours?
LOTS of Cobras have this problem. Sometimes the fix is replacing your steering rack bushings. Other times its re-tightening the lock nut on the top of each strut on the strut tower. If you want do a search in the Termi section. You'll see allot of guys have had this problem. The bushings fixed mine

It's true some aftermarket wheels wont sit flush on the rotor. Also check to make sure the wheel weights are not rubbing. I had a sticker weight rub the caliper after mine were balanced.

With some aftermatket wheels you will get the chirp. You may have to remove them. In time they may start to chirp/ squeek. I had that problem a looooong time ago when I first mounted my AFS Saleens. You could hear it all the time. Not very loud but annoying. It came down to those stupid little clips between the rotor and the wheel.
