wheel lock

Going to have rear tires installed and can't find the wheel lock for the locking lug. Called the dealer and was told that they are factor installed and the lock is put in the car at the factory. Was told to look in the trunk and glove box. Ive looked all over the car. Have a air compressor in the trunk but no lock. Am i missing something is it hidden somewhere else?

The wheel locks and key where in my glove box and not installed on the car. If yours are installed, the dealer did it and your key is probably sitting in his mechanics tool box. The dealer should have a master key set, have him remove the locking lug nuts and install the original lug nuts. Hopefully you received the original lug nuts that where removed.

Snoopy is 100% correct. The factory assembly line would not have installed them. I went through the same thing at my dealership I purchased my car from.
