they will sit in to far and may require spacers (generally thats how it goes as the newer models sink in more)

do some checks to make sure it will clear the brake (should no problem) that would be the only other issue I can think of

Why not just buy some awesome aftermarket wheel that are made for your car? There are a plethora of options out there. I know on my car I have to run deep dish or one hell of an offset rim to clear my exhaust. I have solid axle in my car.
