Thank you for the post, sterlingb.
The staggered set-up you noted is not a bolt and go fitment and is not recommended for the 2011 GT. Here are a few things to consider.
1) The front wheels will sit approximately .75" past the fender, not including the tire.
2) The rear wheels will sit approximately 1.75" past the fender, not including the tire.
3) Both tire sizes are too narrow for the purposed wheels.
4) There are no tire models in the front 225/35R-19 size that meet the vehicles load carrying requirements.
