Is the L wheel bolt pattern a 5x135? Also, will a 12mm offset wheel fit on my 2000 Lightning? Thanks.

It is 5x135mm. Not sure about your other question
There is about 25MM to an inch so 14mm offset means that the wheels will be sticking out a little less than half an inch more than a 0 offset wheel. Wheel size plays a big role in this. If you are going with a wheel that is 9.5 inches wide with the same back spacing as factory then your wheel will be half an inch out farther than stock. if you have 8.5 inch wheels with a 14mm offest then your wheels will stick in the fender half an inch more. This is how I understand it anyways
