Whats this NOISE? help!

It started about 3 weeks ago and its just getting louder by the day. Anytime I turn the steering wheel theirs this loud squeak coming from the front-end
Help me its annoying and inberesing:cryying:

Im going to go check it out right now.
Any info tips would be greatly appreciated

Went to the shop and they said its my balljoints.
Now should I up grade to the steeda X2 balljoints or stock replacements will do find.
I will probable in the near futur change to M/M super sport springs
wich will give me a lower stance than my current set up, would the X2 be a good set up or with some offset steering rack bushings be fine?
