whats the inner/outer on control arms

Got my bushing kit from Bruce and about ready to install the bushings. What I cant figure out is whats considered inner and outer on the control arms. I can tell front and rear bushings, but WTF is inner and outer?

Inner refers to the inside surfaces. So you install the UCA bushing from the outside of the control arm as opposed to the inside for example.

Thats what I thought, stupid question. Just wanted to make sure my inner/outer was the same as what the instructions said. Didnt want to have to try to get the bushings out and screw them up if I was wrong.
