What's the best way to wire the GT pumps?

I'm just wondering what is the best way to wire the twin GT pumps since the connectors are different than the factory pump connectors. I guess the power wire could be cut and soldered to the GT pumps but I remember someone saying the factory wire connectors could be used somehow. Anyone know how this could be done?
