Wife made some Mexican rice fiesta chicken casserole.
Threw some smoked cheese on top mixed in some sour cream and god damn we got ourselves a dip to beat all other dips.

Chicken/ricotta tortellini with marinara. I've discovered that paying up for the more expensive sauces like Mezzeta's or Rae's is worth it. Way better than the cheaper stuff. Had some Pinot Grigio along with it.
