Went out for some buffalo wings this evening. The first time I've had them in years. I usually eat pretty clean so this was out of my norm and my stomach is letting me know I ****ed up.

I'm actually a little nervous about it haha. 16 piece hot with extra buffalo sauce and ranch. I ate like a fat kid not thinking of the consequences in my near future.
It remains to be seen if it was worth it.

I'm enjoying some blue bell ice cream right now. Preparation should help the cause. I've tried a lot of different things. Preparation A-G were no good, but I am confident I've got it figured out with preparation H

The married lonely man meal consisted of a fat sandwich.
Dessert was hersheys chocolate.
These were washed down by Dr.Pepper.
For any of you judgmental types I cant cook for crap and the wife had to leave early tonight
