Seared on cast iron skillet on grill

Sent from my SM-N975U using the svtperformance.com mobile app
Once you get a Searzall you’re going to want to up the temp on the water bath as it does not really cook the inside like the cast iron or just throwing on the grill.
Perfect gift for my wife, she loves that kind of stuff. Thanks for the tip!
You will probably want to get one with a higher wattage as the 750W has a lower temp range and takes a long ass time to go above 155*
Pizza in a bag? What has this world come to?

Currently making my spicy marinara sauce for my lovely bride. She puts it on kinds of noodles/pasta not to mention plain white bread. I also make a mean bolognese sauce. Of course, it is much more involved in the making of the sauce. Gravy for youse guys.

Leftover Chipotle. Before you ask how, if you get a bowl, you get more than a burrito, but you can also ask for a tortilla on the side. They freakin maxed out the bowl, probably weighted two pounds. Got home, half went in the tortilla, made me a burrito and along with some chips and salsa I had at home, I was good. Just nuked the other half with more chips and salsa.

Spaghetti with red clam sauce.
I don't like the white clam sauce much at all.
