Been working on a wheat bread recipe for the past five weeks. I think I finally figured it out. After Thanksgiving I am going to try my hand at a sweet dish. Thinking chocolate souffle.

90 day dry aged ribeyes, asparagus, garlic mashed, caesar salad, apple pie for dessert.

So pumped, the 45 day was divine.

Pics to come later

Good luck, I won’t go past 60.

Tonight is the wife and I 10 year anniversary. Going to a place called JPrime Steakhouse. Definitely getting the beef carpaccio and the lobster mac’n’cheese. However, I cannot decide between the “45 day aged” ribeye or the “Texas Wagyu” NY Strip. I prefer ribeye, but don’t know if it is wet or dry aged. Ugh, decisions!
