Forgot to post my most recent Sunday smoke. Baby back ribs sat low n slow in the smoke for about 4 hours. So tender a couple bones fell out when I took it off the grill.

After two hours wrapped in foil with some some apple juice.

Caramelizing the sauce.

Ready to eat.

Steak cooked to about medium. Corn, sliced off the cob with butter. Rice, baked potato with all the works, extra moist fluffy stuffing with lightly buttered dinner rolls.

Ate so much it hurts.
