Theres an new 03 annv. vert at a local dealer still, and they said they will take 34K...i still think thats to high...what do you guys think?

34 isnt a bad price for a vert. Offer 33K out the door and see what they say.

i am geussing the window sticker is around $40,900
that would make an invoice around 38,000
last year they had a rebate of $3000(not sure what it is now)

i was able to get a dealer down to 32k on an ann. convertable. Would have gotten it but i stumbled upon my dream car(sonic blue coupe).
I paid $33,415 out the door for my NEW 03 about a month ago. Not bad for a car that stickered at a little under $40K.
